I moved into a house April 8th 2011 and requested to have my gas turned on between the hours of 5-8. I was at the house by 4 pm. We waited and waited. unpack while waiting for Centerpoint to show up. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP.(no phone call either) Naturally being a friday they are closed for the weekend. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HUH? So I called Monday morning, customer service said they couldnt do anything for me until April Tuesday 12th.
