I placed an order with efaucets on 3/9/11. The funds were taken from my account and after 3 days, I still had no idea where my order was. The order tracking just kept saying that it was waiting for the UPS number. After a week, I called to cancel the order because it was already too late for my plumber. Turns out one of the things I ordered was not in stock but I wasn't ever told that when I placed the order nor was I contacted by anyone at the company.
