I ordered two items from Ira Woods ($150+), was charged for the items, but did not receive anything. Email requests for order status updates went unanswered. After almost TWO MONTHS, I filed a request with PayPal to help resolve the issue (since I still wanted the items). Ira Woods STILL would not respond. Finally, I was forced to file a formal claim for a refund through PayPal. They forced Ira Woods to refund my money. What's up with sellers like this? Hooray for PayPal!!! SHAME on Ira Woods.
