I am quite upset with the service I have received from the OFS. When ordering fabric for my wedding I placed an order for the Aqua Habutae, and received the wrong color in the mail. When I try to call the service center during normal business hours I wait on hold for 30 minutes before deciding to leave a message because obviously going to answer. I have yet to receive a phone call back. When I e-mail in, I tell them about my issue, and ask what to do.
