From day one, I was not given the proper training or tools that I needed to complete the tasks that I was assigned. There had been so much employee turnover at this company that most employees didn’t have any idea what was going on with the clients. As a result, the clients were very frustrated and I was forced to deal with the questions of why things were not getting done.
