IndyMac allegedly went out of business but it was taken over by OneWest Bank so that it can continue its illegal banking and mortgage actions. It exists today as IndyMac Mortgage Services, Inc. and is the mortgage servicing company for Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, one of the biggest forecloses in the U.S., today along with the other big fat banks that took bailout money so they can continue to pay their greedy pig CEOs big bucks.
