This company specializes in products from the south of France. In late May or early June while in France I ordered espadrilles by internet after a phone conversation with the owner who assured me that the shipment would arrive at my address in France before my departure date of June 21. As the date approached and I had still not received the order I phoned again and was told the order would arrive before July 6 (a friend would receive it for me).
