Hired Andrews Roofing Co. to put a new roof from front to back on my house 1920 West Saratoga Street 21223. They check roof and said " No Problem ". I signed a contract, Paid in Full. Work was done. I called them back three times for leaking from Skylight and rear of building. Mr. Andrews came out and said " They put the wrong material on my roof and I would have to paid for new material".
