I placed my order with HomeTownCandy.com in June. My card was charged the same day and I was expecting to receive the shipment within a week or so. After two weeks of waiting I started calling them. No one ever answers when I call. When you call they ask to leave a message because they are serving other customers. They never returned my calls. I sent them a cancellation request because apparently if my order cancellation is not preceded by a cancellation request email I will be assessed an administrative fee of $25!
