My daughter signed up for a membership while attending Shasta College. She canceled her membership because of knee surgery and moving away from the facility. She was told to write a letter to cancel which she did. That was in December of 2010. Since then we have been calling every month to see why this has not been canceled. They state they didnt receive the letter and that they dont remember talking to us. Her membership was set to automatic billing. DONT DO THIS!
