The Louisiana Lottery for failing to provide me with proper information on odds of losing the lottery and lottery scratch games. On their website they post the odds of winning, but not losing. The also posts the number of winning tickets remaining, but not the number of non winning tickets. The citizens of Louisiana are being denied proper information so they could play the lottery games right. This information should not be with held.
