I was online searching for a grant because I want by a house. I was recently laid off from job and and i am receiving unemployment. I see these advertisements everywhere where they promise to find you grants to cover everything from homes to personal grants for starting a new business. When you log onto the site, they get you really geeked up and then they want you to input your information and asks that you pay $2.97 for the starter kit which was once mailed but now they allow you to download it from their site.
