I called Experian to put a fraud alert on my account. I have several phones at my house. I used a phone registered by my wife. That afternoon my wifes credit card was charged 39.99 by CIC CE, an Experian company. Plausible denyabilty I guess. I am filing a police report. The only way to account for this is that by using an 800 number, they can see the phone number even if you have it blocked.
