Well there is not a lot I can add because I have read a lot of these reports listed with ripoff regarding 1&1 internet and they are all true, I have never dealt with a company that is so dishonest and the people working for them are as bad as the company itself. They must have obtained them from some 3rd world Country for they are like robots that are made not to understand English.
