I was over charged by approx. $17.00 on my ATM card at this Burger King. When I called to talk about the charge, the person had me repeat myself many times. Then, she started asking me all sorts of questions. I asked her if I can dispute this with my bank, she said no you cannot do that as the money is already in with them.
