We have been dealing with DSL Extreme and their horrible business practices now for over 2 weeks. We have had DSL service since 2003 and had never experienced problems like this. We are now having to deal with people in the Philippines and they have no clue to what they are doing. We are paying for speeds of 3000 / 768 and have been receiving less than 15% of that speed for almost a month. When we call technical support they say it is a billing issue, we pay our account in advance 2 months, they transfer me to billing, billing says no problem... read full review »
