This is a company I consider to be incompetant. Had Service Contract (for maintenance of furnace only) with them for a few years as landlord. Never bought oil from them under that account, not one drop. The tenant solely purchased oil from Standard Oil per their lease. Tenant moved out and cancelled their auto-delivery account. Since I had scheduling issues with annual service etc. with Standard, I decide to have new tenants purchase from a better company per their lease.
