I have a two year old frontloading washer that needed repair. The tech was here last week but didn't have the required part, which I can understand. We rescheduled for this Wednesday the 13th. from 1200 to 4:00. At about 3:00 I called to check on the status of my appointment and was told evrything was fine the tech must running a little late but they would send a message and the tech wold call.
