Due to a lengthy illness, I was not able to meet my loan payment entirely in March 2011. I have held a loan with Wells Fargo Auto Finance for six years. This was the first time I had fallen a little behind. I called and made arrangements to pay the interest and the late payment fee within an agreed time frame. Now here's the kicker: from the day that the payment had been missed until well after the day I had made the payment, I received phone call after phone call on daily basis, with multiple calls per day.
