I never come online to complain, but I have to for this company. They sent me the wrong item, made me cover shipping back to them, and I printed out a picture of the correct exact item I did in fact order. They said they dont carry it anymore and dont know why theres a picture still on their website. They made me cover shipping and "KRISTIN" who is a supervisor, I believe the only one you will ever talk to, is a horribly rude person. Interrupts me and tells me to stop asking if I can get a refund for my shipping for THEIR mistake! Terrible company, please avoid them, it will be unpleasant, guaranteed. read full review »
