It took 3 months for them to get the Bed and dresser I ordered in. I complained weekly and was given 5 dates. They never called me I had to call their Peoria store and be transferred to the Champaighn customer service!!! My new martress and box I purchased from them sat on the floor 3 months. I f they can not provide the product they sell the should shut their doors. Their service was worse than poor it was no service. I complained to the BBB .I was told by someone they found a way to by[pass corporate getting their complaints. They are privatly owned so the can do what they want. read full review »
