I am furious that Macafee have taken £64 renewal fee from my account and then emailed me to inform me of what they had done. I telephoned them to complain only to be told that it will take 5-10 working days for them to put the money back in my account. Macafee has been nothing but useless on my computer and I even managed to contract a Trojan virus even though I have Macafee protection. I have written to request instant refund and am waiting to hear from them, if they bother. I will never ever use them again. read full review »
