Exstink perpetrated fraud and theft against me multiple times: 1. They charged me more than I agreed to when I ordered a product 2. I canceled my order and they charged me anyway, and never sent the product 3. They waited 10 days after our interaction to charge me, so I wouldn't notice it on my credit card statement 4. Three months later they charged me again, for an even larger amount, for no reason and without notifying me 5.
