Had this company contracted to come out and do 10 areas in our house today. We picked this company specifically because they do dry carpet cleaning and not wet. We were told that furniture would be moved. When they showed up, the cleaning crew announced that they do not move beds (and bedrooms were our primary areas of concern, as 3 of 4 of us have asthma and allergies.
