I arrived and noticed a 4-5 year old getting a haircut...one stylist on duty. I waited more than a half an hour while she cut his hair one strand at a time. An adult was sitting in the next station and by his tatoos and the stylist tatoos, they were related... My complaint is: I am 69 years old and have a full head of hair and they very seldom take no more than 10 minutes to cut my hair. Is this kid going to have an audience with the Queen?
