A company that I am on direct debit with, put my payment through 3 days early, resulting in numerous overdraft charges. Contacted my bank and said that I should just deal with it, pay it, there was nothing they could do. How is this possible? The company that took my payment won't do anything about it either. I'm not sure what recourse I have here, should I go through small claims?
