This company is ABSOLUTELY the worst company I have ever worked with. I cannot stress enough how terrible their customer service is and how mediocre their product is. I had to scream at my completely rude customer service representative Justin. This guy would not let me cancel. He just told me all the reasons over and over again why I was a "bone head" for canceling. I am a grown man and have a very level head when it come with dealing with problems and the stupid man had me to the point my voice was quivering with frustration.
