Do NOT use this company for any payroll services. They're supposed to be experts but screwed up my W2 2 years in a row after I moved to Texas from NY. I had to pay additional tax to NY State in addition to penalties. The second year, they still put wages in NY state even though the full year was spent out of NY, in Texas. When asked to re-do the W2, it took them 3 weeks, and said they couldn't send the updated one to my home in Texas, but only to my company's ofice in NY (which is ridiculous) and when the document did not... read full review »
