Markwest Investment Group defaulted on a loan agreement. A representative from the company contacted my husband (Andy Bell) and asked him to fax documents stating proof of identity (Driver's License); proof of employment (Pay Stub); and proof of residence (Utility Bill, with name and address). After we faxed those items, they faxed him a contract stating the amount to be borrowed and the payment agreement with fixed interest rate. My husband signed and faxed it back.
