Our home was built in 2003 and have had next to no problems. Recently the sewage line backed up into the unfinished basement. $609.00 later the plumber finds that the basement roughin was not installed properly. The water flows away from the sewer line. This has existed from the time it was built and the concrete poured. Additionally the water flowed away from the sump pump. Pulte refusese to repair it stating the warranty has expired.
