Moved and canceled phone and DSL with CenturyLink Dec 2010. Despite numerous phone calls (res and supervisors) I am still receiving bills as of mid April 2011, and my account was sent to collection who threatened me and my family. We paid what we thought was the LAST bil. WRONG! BEWARE of scam... It is VERY, VERY difficult to actually cancel your CenturyLink service.
