I didn't realize that I was going to be getting DVD's each month. However, when I contacted them to find out what the charge was for it was explained. To their credit, this info was there I just didn't pay attention to it when I signed up. My money was refunded and I think that is great.. they didn't try to keep it like so many other businesses out there would have. read full review »
