Microsoft taking £5.99 a month out of my bank account without authorisation, bearing in mind that it only cost £5.99 for 3 months!!! I've never known a company so greedy, they charge for absolutely everything. Do not deal with Microsoft, get a ps3 it's alot easy to fix problems you may have, and playstation network is free.
