The company was very rude with responses to this issue. I had ordered a Video Game from this Company through Amazon.com. The order was placed with other items. Since you can order several different items from amazon from different companies. When I had placed this order, a Physical Address was entered to send the item to. After finally receiving a Tracking number, I tracked the item.
