I am writing you today to complain about a service manager named LIsa. She has treated me rudly and told me "not to put my feet on the chair" in a snippy manner when I was only stretching my legs due to a circulation problem. I told her so and she said"don't alk back to me like this". Other customers and a staff member heard this and I felt embaressed. She also treats customers with disabilities unfairly.
