I had purchased a car at Browns in Fairfax, Virginia and they promised me free oil changes for 3 years as part of the "extended warranty". Took it in for the first oil change 3 months later and whadda you know, they lost the paperwork and couldn't honor the oil change agreement. My second beef with them is that a week after we purchased the car, we noticed the smell of burnt tires every time I got out of the car.
