I was lied to about their services and was charged even though I didn't agree to a membership. After cancelling my membership and speaking with a representative, I was told I would be getting a refund for the last month's charge that they took out of my checking account in 7-10 business days. It is business day 15 and I have called them twice, finally something may be getting done about it.
