I had the same thing happen to me as everyone else. At the end of an excruciatingly legnthy sales pitch for every extr under the sun, the recording never asked if all the information was correct and did not go over the order. I hept saying "No" dozens of times and yet came back with extra items. I ordered two sets of buy one get one free with no additional items and instead of $80.00 and S &H ( and it was never revealed as to just how much that costs!!!) I was charged a whopping $180.00!!!
