I responded to an online add concerning an anti aging cream and was to pay only shipping and handling. A few weeks later when my checkbook overdrew I found I had been charged $94.00 and change for the product. I did not know the product was to be sent automatically to me and charged to my credit card but when it came I called the company and cancelled the product and after receiving an rma # I sent the product back.
