They opened my sunroof before sending the car through the wash cycle. I noticed it when it was one-half way through the wash "tunnel" and informed the nearest car pool personnel. They stopped the wash and closed the sunroof. The end result is the that the front seats are stained with large marks - now that they are dry it is obvious that they are stained.
