I've always had a good experience with Kenmore appliances (long life and no repairs) and was surprised when my dryer, less then five years, old stopped working. I've had little occasion to use a service company in the past and had no clue who to call and figured Sears would be my best bet. WRONG! The first available appointment was almost a week away.
