We contracted Stone Blue for photography services for our November 2005 wedding. My fiance is active duty military and we found out in June 2008 (contract was signed in May 2008) that he was being delayed in Iraq and we needed to change our wedding date. The contract clearly states that deposit ($1495) can not be refunded if the wedding is canceled, however, we did not want to cancel our wedding we just wanted to change the date to April 200.
