Metlife has insured our cars for the last decade plus. Recently the cost of their auto insurance has become significantly more expensive than competitors so we switched. I work for a large university in southeast Massachusetts where Metlife has offered a discount if we set up automatic deductions from our paychecks. Metlife will not stop the deductions from my paycheck even though we have faxed them more than 8 times a copy of the change of insurance.
