Terrible service. Booked over the internet, was promised a confirmation email within 24 hours, chased up repeatedly, spoke to them twice the day before I travelled, each time they promised to call me back and never did. In the end I made alternative arrangements. Am now keeping a careful eye on the visa bill to make sure they do not charge me for a service they did not provide. Avoid at all costs. read full review »
