I wanted to buy a desk and tried to use the stores advertised 110% price match guarantee since I saw it cheaper somewhere else. They wasted about 30 minutes of my time on the phone before telling me that they couldn't price match the product even though it met all of their criteria. No explanation, just said "the difference is too large" (it was about $17 less). Total waste of time. If this is any indication, their customer service is completely terrible.
