I requested an estimate for a re-roof from Burr Roofing Co in Darien CT. A manager was sent to my home who looked over my roof (a relatively uncomplicated cape style), and said he would return to take detailed measurements. He never returned, and my phone calls and emails to the company are never returned. I would hate to think of the problem I might have had this company done the job, and I had a problem with leaks. Nothing worse than unreturned phone calls! If they didn't have time to do the job, they could at least let me know with a simple phone call. read full review »
