This website GUARANTEES that it will answer your question or refund the fee (in my case $48). The chat-room format of the website exposed me to an absolute idiot who called himself an expert. He stated, at the end of the chat, that he definitely could not answer my question but that I should contact the vendor. He did not spend the $48 and left it open for some totally different question should I be dumb enough to ask something else. So the $48 rmains unspent and available until I do! In effect, the GUARANTEE is a bet whether you can think of a question they can answer, not the reverse. Thus they have my $48 forever without really stealing it. read full review »
