Getting a Patio Umbrella from Sears has been QUITE the adventure (and I don't mean the good kind). Is it just me or has Sears Customer Service took a turn for the worse?? I ordered this umbrella the first time online and chose the store pick up option. Within two hours Sears called me to tell me that while "Yes" they do show one in stock, it's the floor model and cant be sold.
