baer's furniture is the worst business i have ever dealt with. i purchased $ 10, 000 worth of furniture and on delivery arrived with at least 7 different areas of damage. i was told they would not take it back and to call customer relations to set up an appointment with their tech to repair the damages. he was very talented, probably from all the work he is getting. one issue was not resolved. the couches had extreme wrinkling and after 2 seperate visit was not any better. i spoke to the store manager who promised to resolve the issue... read full review »
