I would like the initial registration fee of $199.00 refunded. I did not receive any info from this company that was helpful. No contract signed. In March of this year, I saw an add placed by WPI regarding a buy/lease program. I became interested because I would like to purchase a home sometime soon. I was advised by Mr. Carl Ferrell by phone that I would have to pay $199 registration fee to get started. I was not advised that this charge was non-refundable.
